Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with the property owner as well as the property owner’s insurance carrier on their restoration and project needs. It will be your responsibility to establish an Upside Roofing & Siding presence in our service areas and to cultivate new business.
Business development efforts include: door-knocking, cold-calling, networking with HOA's, real estate agents, insurance agents, giving presentations and conducting property inspections for storm related damages. Upon completing a property inspection and notating damage that would warrant full replacement coverage by their respective insurance companies, you will work directly with customers to educate them on the findings of the inspection and work with them to set up repairs.
No experience necessary. Training provided. Top performers can earn OVER six figures!

Production Manager
The Production Manager will coordinate the interviewing and scheduling of contractors and ordering of materials for all Upside jobs. They will act as point to ensure jobs are kept on schedule by staying in constant contact with contractors.
The Production Manager may also act as a sales representative to generate new business and earn commission.

Street Team Member
As a Street Team member, you will be an integral part of developing new business for Upside. You will generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and talking to homeowners about what Upside has to offer. You will input leads into our CRM database and work with Sales Reps to get inspections set up. The Upside Street Team is a perfect opportunity for those who aspire to be a sales representative.
No experience necessary. Training provided. Paid hourly + commission on business generated.
